Case Study: GAHCC 2009 Banquet Sponsorship Video

"We'd like a DVD that archives this year's awards banquet..."

Client: Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Austin, Texas

Objective:

Echo Earth Media was assigned to capture the 2009 Annual Awards and Installation Banquet for the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, with the idea that the footage would be later cut together to create a dynamic sponsorship video to raise funds for the 2010 Annual Awards and Installation Banquet.

Program Information:

The Annual Awards and Installation Banquet has been the GAHCC’s signature event for over the last 35 years. The banquet consists of distinguished awards, the installation of the new Board of Directors, and live music.  The Annual Banquet always proves to be an exciting night with live entertainment, food, and dance.

Resolution:

Echo Earth Media of Austin, Texas documented the live event and worked closely with the GAHCC to create the copy for the voice-over and edited the footage to create a dynamic sponsorship video that highlighted the event.
